Marc was a true friend to me and my family. He had sat at our dinner table many, many times in the past. Along with his son, we enjoyed cook outs and fireworks together. Durning the labor dispute between Cat and the UAW he gave me radio time to explain the troubles workers were having just making ends meet. He allowed me to come in every week and talk live on the air. We knew he had been sick for a couple of years and finally gave in to the cancer that was slowly consuming him. Still when it comes, it is sad news indeed. Penny and I will miss him. Rest in peace Larry.

Enjoyed listening to him on the radio for years.  Just want the family to know he was missed on the air and now, what a shame. Cancer takes too many too young.

I always listened to Marc in the morning when I was getting ready for work and on my drive to work.  Enjoyed his humor and also his love for people.  I remember a guy that callled in regularly and had problems in his life and Marc  always treated him so well.  I think his name was Butch.  Sure hope Butch is doing good now and that Marc will RIP.  Always missed him after he left radio.  What a great talent!

I used to  call in on the morning drive program when Marc was on W.K.Q.A. back in the eighties. We did a little "bit" on the air  until W.KQA went off the air. It was a funny show. WKQA had a lot of good disc jockeys back in the day and was misssed by it's audience.
